I was put in contact with members (John O’Neil) of the Connolly Capital team back in 2012 when purchasing a home in Lorne Park area. The team was able to secure more competitive terms for me with my own bank then I could (especially considering held existing sizable portfolio with the bank). The team has worked on and secured 4 other mortgages over the years on my behalf through Walid Mutahar and Matt O’Neil. What has kept me coming back is not only their dedication understanding our needs, but also coming up with creative options. And the fact you don’t buy houses every day, these guys have made a point to stay in engaged, reach out periodically, informed me of a pending mortgage renewal where the mortgage company had not.
